Return Policy

The Parent Support Network does not accept returns for digital products sold on the https://parentsupportnetwork.com.au/ site. Exchange in the form of store credit can be provided with the correct proof of purchase. Returns must be claimed within 14 days to be eligible to apply for store credit. Store credit can be provided to purchase an item with the equivalent value in the online store located at https://parentsupportnetwork.com.au/parenting-courses/

Refunds

All sales at the Parent Support Network are final and no refunds will be issued, although, we strongly recommend reaching out to the Parent Support Network team about your issue and a non-monetary resolution will be provided depending on each circumstance.
